How do I find the exact Lead I am looking for?

You can Sort and Filter the Leads that you add to Saleboat by clicking on the Filter icon to begin the sorting and filtering process

Once you have selected the Sort and Filter Icon, you can Sort and Filter by a variety of criteria as well as a combination, depending on how specific you'd like to be.

What can I sort by when sorting Leads?
Callback Time:

Clicking on Callback Time will allow you to sort by the Leads that need to be contacted soonest.

The Lead that needs to be contacted soonest will be at the top left of your cards or at the top of your list view.

Opportunity Value:

Clicking on Opportunity Value will allow you to sort from the highest to lowest Opportunity Value or vice versa.

The highest Opportunity Value will be at the top of your list or on the top left of your card view.


Applicability:

Clicking on Applicability will allow you to sort from the highest to lowest Applicability or vice versa.

The highest Applicability will be at the top of your list or on the top left of your card view.


Name:

Clicking on Name will allow you to sort alphabetically from A to Z or from Z to A, if you'd like.


Created at:

Clicking on Created at will allow you to sort by the most recent Leads that have been added to Saleboat.

Last Contacted:

Clicking on Last Contacted will allow you to sort by the most recently contacted Leads.

The most recently contacted Leads will be at the top of your list or on the top left of your card view.

What can I filter by when filtering Leads?

You can filter your Leads by as many categories and selections as you need or are applicable. Only the Leads that meet this criteria will be left to view.

Drop downs (on the left):Activity

You can filter your leads by the state using this dropdown

Status

You can filter leads based on their status here. This can be changed on the lead card.

Source

You can change the Source of the Lead from the lead card.
These sources are added by the Captain of your Team, and you will need to select a source to trace where the lead came from.

Checkboxes (on the right): Decision Maker Reached

After contacting a Lead by either cold calling them or going to their office for a cold canvass meeting, you can select whether you have reached a Decision Maker, for future reference. You can then add this contact to the lead, so you know who to speak to next time you call.


High Applicability

This check-box allows you to view all of the leads which have an applicability set by you, above 3 stars.


Low Applicability

This check-box allows you to view all of the leads which have an applicability set by you, below 3 stars.
