I can't create a Prospect!

Why can't I create a Prospect on Saleboat?

If you can't create a prospect on Chrome or the Saleboat App, we have a few checks that you should do to to fix this.

Does your Prospect have a name?

Did the address begin auto-completing suggestions while you were typing?
If not, this address does not exist in Google's database. See the image below:

If the address did not begin auto-completing, please click on the blue MORE button which will then allow you to manually enter the address.

Does their phone number exist? Is it correct?

Once all of these fields have been checked and amended, you may create the Prospect and it will be added to Saleboat.

Should you still be having an issue even after checking all of the fields, please contact the Saleboat Support team who will gladly assist you.

You can do this by starting a conversation with them in Saleboat
Main Menu > Help
