How do I sort my Leads?

You can Sort and Filter the Leads that you add to Saleboat by clicking on the Filter icon to begin the sorting process.

Once you have selected the Sort and Filter Icon, you can Sort and Filter by a variety of criteria as well as a combination, depending on how specific you'd like to be.

What can I sort by when sorting Leads?

You can sort by the following categories when you're viewing your leads:

Callback Time:

Clicking on Callback Time will allow you to sort by the Leads that need to be contacted soonest.

The Lead that needs to be contacted soonest will be at the top left of your crads or at the top of your list view.

Opportunity Value:

Clicking on Opportunity Value will allow you to sort from the highest to lowest Opportunity Value or vice versa.

The highest Opportunity Value will be at the top of your list or on the top left of your card view.

Applicability:

Clicking on Applicability will allow you to sort from the highest to lowest Applicability or vice versa.

The highest Applicability will be at the top of your list or on the top left of your card view.

Name:

Clicking on Name will allow you to sort alphabetically from A to Z or from Z to A, if you'd like.

Created at:

Clicking on Created at will allow you to sort by the most recent Leads that have been added to Saleboat.

Last Contacted:

Clicking on Last Contacted will allow you to sort by the most recently contacted Leads.

The most recently contacted Leads will be at the top of your list or on the top left of your card view.
