Lead Details

What are Lead details? Can I edit them?

When you click on a Lead name in either the List view or Card view, you'll be presented with this page.

These are your Lead Details. Read below the image for more information.

From here you can do a few things:

You can begin a Cold Call or begin a Canvass (Cold) Meeting. All you need to do is click on the relevant icon.

Once you've clicked on either icon you'll be able to take notes and alter information based on the conversation had with the lead.

You can also:

  1. Alter the Lead name

  2. Change their status

  3. Alter the Opportunity Value

  4. Add Notes to the Lead

  5. Assign the Lead to another user within your Organisation

  6. Set them to DO NOT CONTACT - this removes them from your visible leads

By clicking on Lead Quality:

  1. You can select how applicable your service is for the lead on a scale of 1 - 10. Each half flame is a point.

  2. You can use the checkbox below that to select whether you have made contact with a Decision Maker or not.

  3. You can also select where the Lead came from, from a drop down of pre-loaded Sources.

By clicking on Contact Info:

You can add the contact information you have gathered during your canvassing.

By scrolling to the very end, you can see any communication that has happened with the Lead from the first contact.

You can also delete the Lead - by clicking on the red bin icon
You can convert them to a Prospect, by clicking Interested and completing the form.
