What is 'Not Specified' in my Pipeline?

What does 'not specified' mean when I look at my pipeline?

You can see each of the categories and their values on your sales pipeline, but you see a category called 'Not Specified' - what does that mean?

NOT SPECIFIED - This is a category that is created when you convert a lead to a prospect with an opportunity value.

While your lead is still a lead, the opportunity value is a ballpark figure, an estimate.

When that lead is converted to a prospect, that value should be made up of products or services that your organisation offers.

This means that upon conversion, you want to go to the prospect's profile > deals and add what they are interested in. You can also navigate to deals from the main menu.

Here you will see a deal with an opportunity value. Open the deal and add the relevant products and services that make up that opportunity value.
