This report contains all concluded interactions (past interactions).
Concluded Meetings and Calls with customers
This report gives you plenty of detail for each concluded interaction, including:
If it was a meeting or call, denoted by the green or purple flag, respectively
When the interaction took place: date and start/end times
Type of interaction
Who it was with
Where it was (if it was an in-person meeting)
Any notes that were taken by the user

This report is compiled in chronological order.
When pulling a report for a team with multiple users, there won't be a separation between the user activity.
Upcoming Meetings and Calls with Customers
This report contains detail for the upcoming interactions. Thes upcoming interactions will only show if you have exteded the reports time range to a date in the future.
