These figures are a summary of the activity for the team with prospects and clients - these include in-person and virtual meetings as well as phone calls to customers.
This report contains all concluded interactions (past interactions).
Meetings and Calls with customers
This report gives you plenty of detail for each interaction, including:
If it was a meeting or call, denoted by the green or purple flag, respectively
When the interaction took place: date and start/end times
Type of interaction
Who it was with
Where it was (if it was an in-person meeting)
Any notes that were taken by the user

This report is compiled in chronological order.
When pulling a report for a team with multiple users, there won't be a separation between the user activity.
