I can't generate a report!

Enable pop-ups in order to generate a report

Menu > Profile > Meeting Summary Report > Generate PDF
Menu > Profile > Performance > Reports
Menu > Organisation > Teams > Team > Weekly Report
Menu > Organisation > Users > Global Summary Report
Menu > Organisation > Performance > Reports

If you have navigated to any of the above directories, selected your date range and... Nothing... Not even one report has generated, there is a simple solution.

In Chrome you will need to click on the 3 dots in the top right corner:

This menu will then show up. Click on Settings:

Once you are Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced:

In your Advanced Settings under the Privacy & Security heading, you will need to scroll down until you see a
sub-heading entitled Content Settings:

Once in Content Settings, please click on Pop-ups & Redirects. (3rd from the bottom in this image)

Here you will find a list of the sites to which you have allowed pop-ups access.

If Saleboat is not under the heading Allow, please click on ADD and proceed to enter web.saleboat.app and click Add:

Once you have allowed Saleboat Pop-Up access, close Chrome fully, reopen it & navigate back to https://web.saleboat.app

Now try to generate one of the reports.

Your PDF report will show up in a new tab in Chrome, so that you don't lose where you are in Saleboat.
