Main Menu > Organisation > Users > Add User > 400 ERROR

This error will only occur when you try to create a New User using a Username that already exists in our system.

In this instance you will need to alter the Username so that you don't get the error again.

Please also ensure that this "New User" is in fact a New User and does not already have a Saleboat Account.

If you have changed the Username and you still cannot create the User, please contact one of our friendly support team members so that they may assist you.
