How and where can I pull a Saleboat report?

Where can I pull reports on Saleboat?

Main Menu > Profile > Meeting Summary Report
Main Menu > Organisation > Teams > Relevant team > Weekly Report
Main Menu > Organisation > Users > Global Summary Report


Within each of these directories, you may pull a report - depending on your user role. Only Captains and Officers may pull the Team and User reports.
A sailor may pull their own Meeting Summary Report.

In the above directory, you can pull 4 different types of reports, depending on the level of detail you require.



Reports:

  1. Periodic Summary Report

  2. Interaction Summary Report - CSV download

  3. Canvassing Report - CSV download

  4. Pipeline Report - CSV download

To view each of these reports, you will first need to allow pop-ups from Saleboat. Please click on the button below to enable pop-ups in Chrome


Each of these reports contains useful information for managing and viewing your teams' interactions with their Leads, Prospects, and Clients.

Each report is outlined below:

1. Periodic Summary Report - Weekly automated report

A summary of the organisation or team(s) activities broken down by meeting types and reps. This report outlines the activities of each rep - meetings and calls attended, logged, missed and cancelled - as well as the conversions, number of neglected Prospects and Clients and Tasks completed within the selected date range.

2. Interaction Summary Report 

Each meeting attended and call logged with notes during the selected time period, is contained within. Along with Prospect or Client details and location information.


3. Canvassing Report

Any activity with Leads on the Leads Dashboard is collated into this report - the amount of Leads added, contacted or converted, along with other useful metrics.

4. Pipeline Report

Insight into the information contained within the Saleboat Sales Pipeline. This report contains the Total Opportunity within the Pipeline


These reports will also need you to select a date range - how far back do you want to view these insights for? This date range is entirely up to you, you need to choose both a start and end date that will suit your purposes.
