Main Menu > Customers
In the Main Menu & in your Profile, you will find a section called Customers and this is the list of all the Clients and Prospects that you have created or have been assigned.
Remember: Prospects are qualified leads and Clients are already doing business with you.
This is an at-a-glance view of the most basic information such as:
Tags - bits of information to make your searches more granular
Classification - their specific neglected tolerance
Pipeline Stage - where are they in your sales cycle
The Client or Prospect's name
Who they are assigned to
Current Opportunity - what their open deals are valued at
When they were last contacted - ie: the date that a Call or Meeting was last logged with them in Saleboat. If the number of days is RED, they have been neglected.

When you click on a Customer, you will be redirected to this page, which is a page of their details.
Each of the tabs next to BASICS will let you add and edit information about a Prospect or Client.
You can Tag both Prospects & Clients with any useful information you may want to search by, other than the company name, such as an account number or area code
