If any details for a Client or Prospect have changed and you quickly want to edit them on the go, you may follow these steps:
- From your Main Menu, navigate to Clients
- Select the Client or Prospect whose details you wish to change
In the top right hand side of your screen will be a pencil icon. Press this to enable editing.
From here you will be able to edit any details that may have changed, such as:
- Heat status (slide your finger across the flames to edit)
- Office and Primary Contact Numbers
- Email Address
- Estimated Spend
- Client name & Address
- Client Website
When you are done making the changes, you may then press the Green Tick in the top right hand corner to save the changes made. These changes will be saved on Chrome too.
