A Card is a snapshot of important information for upcoming appointments that is displayed on your Dashboard.​Please click on the link below to be redirected to our training video on Cards:​

Cards
There are three Card types: Meetings, Calls and Tasks.


Meeting cards are green. 

They provide an at-a-glance view of your upcoming meetings.

To view more detailed information, you can tap on the card.
You can also click on View Meeting Details to edit the meeting details.

Three buttons appear at the bottom of the meeting cards:

Check In, Reschedule and Cancel.

Meeting cards have a unique element called the location pin.
It looks like this:

Tapping the location pin will open a Google Maps window on your browser, displaying the location of the meeting/the customer location.

You can use this to plan your route to the meeting.

Meetings


Call cards are purple. 

They provide an at-a-glance view of your upcoming calls.
To view more detailed information, you can click on the 3 dots on the card.
You can also click on the blue view call details to edit the call details.

Calls

Task cards are blue. 

They provide an at-a-glance view of your scheduled tasks. 

Tasks are simply reminders for you to do something.
They do not count as communication with your customers like meetings and calls do.


To view more detailed information, you can tap on the 3 dots on the card. 


Tap complete to mark a task completed or forget to remove it from your dashboard.
