You may begin editing these details in the basics tab immediately.
These are the details of your customer, from their classification to their address and everything in between.

You must click SAVE CHANGES when you are done changing any details.
Contacts:
Every person with whom you will need to have meetings or calls should be added here. They can be added from the plus button or within the customer profile, under contacts. These will be the people you can choose to schedule meetings and calls with.
Activity:
All of your past, scheduled or cancelled interactions (meetings or calls) will be visible to you for each customer.
All assigned users have access to this list of activities and can add to it.
If a customer is reassigned to you from another user, you will have access to their previous activity with the customer.

Deals:
All open, closed and inactive deals will be visible to you for each customer here. Here you will be able to add new deals or edit open deals.

Pipeline:
Each customer has a pipeline made up of their currently open deals.
This pipeline can be filtered by category to see which products/services make up the value of each tier/pipeline stage.
If there are any bottlenecks in your sales process, the sales pipeline will make that visible to you.

Representatives:
This is who is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the customer.
Officers and Captains can edit this to add or remove users as they need.

Files:
You can add contracts or any necessary supporting documents here.
These files will be visible to all users assigned to the customer.

Accepted File Types:
There are accepted file types and file sizes when uploading/attaching files to a customer, and they are as follows:

Thoughts:
This is a whiteboard of sorts where you can add anything about the customer that doesn't fit into any of the other sections of their profile.
