Remember:
Prospects are qualified leads and clients are already doing business with you.
From left to right, you will see:
- A fish (if this is a client) or a hook (if this is a prospect)
- The customer name
- Classification
- Pipeline Stage (in a coloured rectangle)
- Any current open opportunity
- Last contacted date. Red text means they are currently neglected
- Which users do the customers belong to
- Any tags that users have added to the customer (these are searchable)

The last button - 3 vertical dots - on the right is a button that gives you the option to:
View the details page
Assign users
Add a contact person
The orange shapes on the screen are Tags.
Please click on the link below to learn more about what tags are:
By pressing the white arrow/triangle in the search bar, your filter menu will be visible & it will look something like this:

Using the filter and selecting 'everyone' allows you to see the customers (prospects and clients) that already exist on the account to avoid adding duplicates, and so you can see who those customers belong to currently.
You won't be able to view the customer profile, but you can see the customer name, pipeline stage, last contacted date, the user to whom the customer belongs and any classifications and tags associated.
Please remember that the following fields will be customised to your organisation:
1. Classifications
2. Pipeline Stage
