The Pipeline Report Overview figures

These figures are a summary of the deal activity within the selected period.


User Stats

Here you can see:

  1. How many deals were opened by a user
  2. How many deals were closed by a user
  3. How many deals were lost by a user
  4. Their conversion ratio - deals opened vs closed or lost
  5. Their compliance ratio - what deals are opened for vs closed for
  6. The total opportunity in their pipeline

Open Deals

All open deals will show in this section.

Here you can see:

  1. The customer and their state (prospect or client)
  2. The stage their deal is currently in
  3. The current open opportunity for each deal
  4. When the deals were created and how long they've been open for
  5. The expected win date
  6. The date the deal was moved into its current stage

Won Deals

All closed deals will show in this section.

Here you can see:


  1. The customer and their state (all clients)
  2. The total opportunity (open value)
  3. The closed opportunity (close value)
  4. When the deals were closed
  5. When the deals were created and how long they were open for
  6. The expected win date

Lost Deals

All closed deals will show in this section.

Here you can see:


  1. The customer and their state (prospect or client)
  2. The stage their deal was in when it was marked as lost/inactive
  3. The opportunity the deals had before being lost
  4. When the deals were created and how long they were open for
  5. The date the deal was moved to lost
  6. The expected win date
