The Overview Figures
These figures are a summary of the activity for the team with prospects and clients - these include in-person and virtual meetings as well as phone calls to customers.

This report contains all concluded interactions (past interactions).

Meetings and Calls with customers

1. If it was a meeting or call, denoted by the green or purple flag, respectively
2. When the interaction took place: date and start/end times
3. Type of interaction
4. Who it was with
5. Where it was (if it was an in-person meeting)
6. Any notes that were taken by the user

This report is compiled in chronological order.
When pulling a report for a team with multiple users, there won't be a separation between the user activity.
