Your sales pipeline is a graphical representation of the total value of your open deals in each pipeline stage or tier.

Depending on your particular sales process, your pipeline may look a little different to this one, but the basics remain the same

Each of your open deals' product or service values is displayed to you in a funnel graph, like the one above.

You can see exactly how much money you have sitting in each stage, as well as a breakdown of which products or services (and their values) make up each stage.

By hovering over each pipeline stage, you will be able to see which products or services make up the values for each stage of the pipeline.

If you click on a tier and scroll down, you will see a list of customers.
This list indicates that these prospects and clients have open deals within their pipeline that form part of the total value of this pipeline stage.

You can also filter this pipeline by a particular category.

  1. You can do this by clicking filter by category.
  2. This will show a drop-down of all the categories in your organisation
  3. Here you must select the relevant category.

You will then see exactly which products or services in your chosen category account for which values.

Not only will you see which values are in which tiers, but you will also see exactly where your process bottlenecks are and can begin to alleviate them.
