This tab - Reports - handles the settings relevant to the automated reports you, as the Captain, receive weekly, and a few other things too:

Automated Reporting:
You can toggle this setting on or off, depending on your reporting preferences

Captain gets a copy:
Select this checkbox if you would like to receive a copy of the report each week

Day of the week:
Choose the day that best suits your email inbox for receiving reports

Time of day:
Now you'll need to select the time of this particular day that best suits you

Days until client is considered neglected:
This implies prospects too.
This counts the days from the last time they were contacted - be it phone call or face-to-face meeting - until the time that they will be considered as 'neglected'. In order to prevent a customer from becoming neglected, we advise Sailors to contact their customers regularly. This keeps you top of mind, and any issues that may arise can be resolved quickly.

Maximum radius of on-site meetings (meters):

How far away from the customer location can your user be when checking into a meeting. We recommend 500m - 1000m.
