What do Today's Stats mean on the lead dashboard?

The first thing that you will be presented with when looking at the leads page is Today's Stats.

These are the statistics for the day regarding your leads and the activity with them. 

Active Leads

This is the number of Leads that are currently assigned to you - either you have created them or they have been assigned to you by another team member. This number is the same as the number of cards you have on your lead dashboard.

This number excludes the Leads whose Activity has changed to DO NOT CONTACT.

Cold Calls
This number indicates the number of cold calls that you have made today.

Cold Calls are not face-to-face meetings, but rather a telephone call to a prospective client who has no prior dealings with your organisation.


Canvass Visits

This number indicates the number of canvass visits that you have done today. Canvass visits are face-to-face meetings with a lead who has no prior dealings with your organisation.


Average Duration
This number indicates the average duration of cold calls or canvass meetings that you have logged today. This number will change depending on whether you are viewing cold call or canvass meeting statistics.New Prospects

This number indicates the number of leads that were converted to prospects today.


Total Opportunity

Total opportunity is the value that you attach to the lead, which will be based on a range of factors. The number will determine where this particular lead fits when you sort and filter your Leads and how much effort you should be putting into converting them to a prospect, but ultimately, a client.

The Total Opportunity is a value that can be assigned to the Lead upon creation or once you've called or met with someone who can give you more accurate figures.
