Can I edit a customer's details on the Saleboat App?

If any details for a customer have changed and you want to edit them on the go, you may follow these steps:

  • From your Main Menu, select Customers

  • Select the customer whose details you wish to change

  • On the top right-hand side of your screen will be a pencil icon.

  • Press this to enable editing.

From here, you will be able to edit any details that may have changed, such as:

Primary contact email

Office and Primary Contact Numbers

Customer name & Address

Customer Website

When you are done making the changes, you may then press the Green Tick in the top right-hand corner to save the changes made. These changes will be saved on Saleboat Web too.
