Customer Map - Android App

How do I use the customer map in the Saleboat App

You can find the customer map option in your main menu.

Your current location will be a small blue dot, and your leads, prospects & clients will be displayed on blue pins with their respective icons:

1. Leads with addresses show up as a blue pin with a green star

2. Prospects show up as a blue pin with a grey Hook icon.

3. Clients show up as a blue pin with an orange Fish icon.

You can add leads directly to Saleboat from your customer map by pressing and holding on the leads that you can see on the map. All the information from their Google Business profile will be auto-filled for you.

When you press on an existing blue pin on the map, you are given the option to either:

View the lead details - if it is a lead

View the customer details - if it is a prospect or client

Navigate to their recorded address - if it is a prospect or client

If you choose to navigate to the customer, Saleboat will open your default navigation app - Google Maps or Waze.
