Each customer profile has a tab for Representatives:
This is where you can see the users assigned to the customer.
These are the users who can make meetings and calls and create deals with this customer. These are the users who will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the customer.
From this page, you will be able to add (assign) a user to that customer.
Simply click on the button shown below and select the correct user from the drop-down.
