In an effort to help our users better manage their customer base, Saleboat has a daily email that goes out to all users to notify them of their currently neglected customers.
This email contains a snippet of the most neglected customers. These are customers that have not been contacted for a long time.
If you are on top of your customer base and are making contact with your customers regularly, then this list will just be who has become neglected most recently.
How do I remove any customers from the neglected email?
You need to do is log communication with them in the form of a meeting or call on Saleboat. This will reset their neglected timer back to 0 days and you'll need to contact them again before that timer ends.
How do I change the neglected window of a customer?
You can change the customer's classification in their profile.
How can I tell which customers are neglected without the email?
You can use the neglected filter option on your customer list.
You can also generate a periodic PDF report from your performance page and scroll to the 'neglected' section of the report.
