Main Menu > Customers
If you would like to change the status of a customer from dormant to active, you can follow these steps:
From your Main Menu, navigate to Customers
Filter your customer list by dormant
Search for the customer by name
Click on their name to go to the customer profile
In their profile, look to the top right to see the revive icon (sun) and click on it
You will then see this:
Click on CONFIRM to revive the customer and return them to your active customer list.
Remember that reviving a customer from the dormant state will not restart the neglected timer - this is only impacted by the last contact date and the classification they are given.
If they are neglected as soon as they are revived (there will be red text saying so below their last contacted state), make sure to meet with or call them as soon as possible in Saleboat, so that the neglected timer is reset.
