Reviving neglected customers

How do I remove a customer from the neglected list?

To revive a neglected customer, you'll need to have a meeting or call with them and that must be scheduled and logged on Saleboat.

This starts the neglected timer back at 0 days and they won't be neglected anymore - unless you leave them for too long.

How do I find my neglected customers to make them active again?

Depending on how you prefer to work, there are 2 ways you can see your neglected customers:

1. Pull a periodic report for yourself and scroll down to the neglected section.

2. Filter your customer list by neglected.

With either of the above steps, this only shows you a list of the customers who have become neglected according to your account settings and classifications. It does nothing to remove the neglected label from the customer.

Notes:

  • Your periodic report will show you a list of 20 of your neglected customers. Any more than that can be found in your customer list.

  • Your customer list will show you the full list of all customers (prospects & clients) that are currently neglected.

  • You cannot make a customer active any other way; there must be a new meeting or call logged with them on Saleboat.

  • The neglected timer begins the moment a customer is added to Saleboat. Each interaction logged with them resets the timer to 0 days.

  • Customers who have been added to Saleboat and never interacted with are also subject to this timer. All customers added to Saleboat should be added because they need to be contacted and managed by a user in your account.
