Where do I add contacts to customers?

Plus Button > Contact

On Saleboat you can add as many contacts as you need to distinguish between different conversations.

Please click on the button below to be redirected to our training video on Creating a Contact:

Click on the Plus Button in the bottom right of your screen:

Select Contact:


Choose which customer the contact belongs to from the drop-down

Next, fill In the information you wish to capture.

If they are the contact you will be meeting with or phoning regularly, check the primary contact box.

If they would like to receive marketing communication from your company, check the marketing communications check box.

Click ADD to add the contact.
