To create a Meeting card, we need to schedule a meeting using the Plus Button.

Select Meeting

Select Prospect or Client option on the left.

Then choose who you would like to meet with from the dropdown, or you can search by name.

Next, choose the type of meeting that will be taking place.

Depending on your company your meeting types will vary from the default, but as a general rule, anything that has meeting at the end of it will create a green face-to-face meeting card and anything with call at the end will result in a purple call card on your dashboard

You may wish to start the meeting immediately and not schedule a meeting date or time. To do this, simply click the Check-in now checkbox. This will not make a card on your dashboard, you will be transported directly to the Taking Notes Page.

How do I create a recurring meeting?

In order to create a recurring event, you need to select a date and time for the initial event. You will then be allowed to use the recurring checkbox to schedule your next recurring events at an interval of your choosing - weeks, months, or years.

You will be presented with the dates of the following interactions too.

Creating your interaction cycle is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Once you have selected all of the correct information for the Meeting or Call you are creating, click on schedule to create the meeting card on your Dashboard.
