What settings do I have access to?

Saleboat Settings


Integrations - All users

You may connect your Saleboat Calendar to your Google or Outlook 365 Calendar.
Any meetings that you make on Saleboat will populate your chosen external calendar.

You can do this under Integrations. Click connect next to your chosen provider and follow the instructions from Google or Microsoft to connect.

REMEMBER:

1. You must have an active Google Workspace or Outlook 365 subscription for this integration to work.

2. This is a one-way integration. Everything on Saleboat (meetings, calls, tasks) syncs to your chosen calendar (Outlook or Google Calendar). Anything made on your external calendar only will not show on Saleboat.

Reports - Only Captains

If you are a Captain in Saleboat, you will have access to the Reports tab in Settings. The Reports tab allows you to change the reporting parameters for your account. See the image below for more information:

Customize - Only Captains

If you are a Captain in Saleboat, you will have access to the Customize tab in Settings. In this tab, you will have access to an ever-growing list of customization options specific to your organisation's account. See the image and buttons below for more information:

Sources: If you have a list of marketing or advertising channels and you'd like to be able to see which channel worked for a particular Client or Prospect, now you can.

Classifications: Allow you to group or highlight customers based on their contact frequency needs.

Pipeline Stages: This is your sales cycle. These stages are segments of your sales cycle and are represented in the sales pipeline.
