How can I filter my Customer list?

Main Menu > Customers > Filter

In the Filter bar at the top of your customer list, on the far right is a small, white triangle:

When you click on this button, you will be presented with the following menu:

The first option Me or Everyone allows you to check whether a customer exists before you add them to Saleboat. If they do not belong to you, you can only see the basics in the customer list, you cannot go into their customer profile - unless you are an officer or captain.

Please remember that the following fields will be customised to your organisation:

1. Classifications
2. Pipeline Stages

​You can filter your customer list by a variety of categories.
You can even combine the criteria to drill down even further - this all depends on what you're looking for.

Let's say you're looking for a:

Prospect, who is classified as silver in the 3rd stage of your sales pipeline, in a specific team, who is in a particular industry, who belongs to a particular crewmember - you'll get the exact prospect/s that match the criteria.
