On your dashboard, everything is the same, but we have a few tricks up our sleeves. You'll notice that the Saleboat app has a few more options for you, to make being on the road that much easier.
MEETING CARDS
On your green meeting cards, you'll notice that there is a small, blue pin icon:
When pressed, this icon will open your default navigation app (Google Maps or Waze) & will source the best route to this particular customer address. This saves you time by doing the work for you.
You also have the option to CHECK IN, RESCHEDULE or CANCEL.
CALL CARDS
On your purple call cards, you'll notice that there is a small purple phone icon:
When pressed, this icon will open your device's phone option. It will source the contact number of the contact that you've created the call with & you will then have the option to call them.
Note: Your conversation will not be recorded and you will have to input your notes once the call has ended.
You also have the option to LOG CALL, RESCHEDULE or CANCEL.
MISSED CARDS
The one card you never want to see is this orange card:
This is a missed interaction (call or meeting). It means that you did not check into the meeting or log the call on the day that it was scheduled.
To remove this card from your dashboard, you need to either reschedule the interaction or cancel it. This will remain as history in the customer profile.
