Once you have signed a contract with a Prospect, they now become a Client. In order for Saleboat to differentiate, you will need to convert the Prospect into a Client by closing a deal with a Prospect.
To convert a Prospect to a Client
Find or search for their name in the Deals List on the App:
We're looking for FAKE COMPANY on this list.
When you've found them, press and hold to reveal additional options like:
EDIT the deal
CLOSE the deal
CANCEL the deal
Click on the centre CLOSE DEAL icon.
You'll then see this screen:
Fill in their account number.
Add any notes you may need to.
Correct any deal details such as price, quantity, etc.
Once you're done, you may click SUBMIT.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a Client in Saleboat!
When searching for them, ensure you look under Clients going forward.
