The Saleboat app needs to run in the background of your devices to ensure smooth syncs and location reporting. Please follow the steps below and contact Saleboat Support if you're unsure of anything.

​Generic steps to whitelist Saleboat in your devices optimizer:

1. Go to the settings of your device
2. Find your battery settings
3. Look for the battery optimizer/optimization or app launch option
4. Find Saleboat in the list

5. Allow Saleboat to run in the background (unrestricted)

​Steps to whitelist Saleboat for Huawei devices:
​
1. Go to the settings of your device
2. Find your battery settings
3. Look for the app launch option
​

4. Find Saleboat in the list - the toggle will show on, you must turn it off
​

5. Toggle the option off to allow Saleboat to run in the background (unrestricted)
6. Allow all and press OK

Steps to whitelist Saleboat for other Android devices:

1. Go to the settings of your device
2. Find your battery settings
3. Look for the battery optimisation option
4. Find Saleboat in the list and press on it

5. Select the Don't optimise option to allow Saleboat to run in the background (unrestricted)
