Calls

What are calls in Saleboat?

Plus Button > Meeting > Call Type


As a general rule, each of the meeting types with the word CALL at the end of it (eg, Follow Up Call) will create a purple call card on your dashboard.

Calls are like meetings, but over the phone or via video call if you select the video conference call option.

Calls will show up on your dashboard as purple cards:

If you want to see more information about this particular call, you can click on the 3 dots on the right side of the card to reveal a few more details about this interaction.


You have 3 options when it comes to your purple call cards:


Log call:

This will take you to the 'taking notes' page, where you will write down all of your notes about the call.
When you're done, remember to press the end meeting button.


Reschedule:

This will allow you to choose a new date and time for this call. A new card will then appear on your dashboard with the newly selected date and time.


Cancel:
This will cancel the call and remove it from your dashboard. It cannot be attended anymore and will sit in reports and customer activity as a cancelled event.
