Main Menu > Customers
If you would like to change the status of a customer from active to dormant (Mothballed), you may follow these steps:
From your Main Menu, navigate to Customers
Search for the customer you wish to make dormant
Click on their name to go to the customer profile
In their profile, look to the top right to see the mothball icon (moon) and click on it
You will then see this:
You can select the reason why you are making them dormant.
These reasons can be customised per account. Captains can let the support team know if they would like the list to be edited.
NOTE: All open deals will be made inactive. Your scheduled and past activity will not be removed.
The dormant customer will now be found by filtering by DORMANT in your customer list. See the article linked for more info on how to do this:
