You can see each of the categories and their values on your sales pipeline, but you see a category called 'Not Specified' - what does that mean?

NOT SPECIFIED - this is a category that is created when you convert a lead to a prospect with an Opportunity Value.
While your Lead is still a Lead, the opportunity value is a ballpark figure, an estimate.
When that Lead is converted to a Prospect, that value should be made up of products or services that your organisation offers.

This means that upon conversion, you want to go to the Prospects profile > Deals.

Here you will see a deal with an opportunity value. Open that deal and add the relevant products and services that total that opportunity value.
