A Deal is a record of the products or services that a Prospect or Client is interested in.
Deals are an easy way of keeping track of the opportunity that you have with your Prospects and Clients.
Each Deal is placed into a Pipeline Stage and it contains products that make up a Deal Value. This value forms part of your Sales Pipeline.
These Deals get moved through the Pipeline based on where they are in your sales process.
Once the Deal is won, the value is removed from the pipeline & the record of the deal, its value and products is stored within the Client profile.
It is important to note that once a deal is closed with a Prospect, it becomes a Client.
You can add Deals using the Plus Button or from within the Prospect and Client profiles
