You can view and edit a deal within each customer profile, under deals.
When you click on Deals, you will see the full deal history with that Prospect or Client - open, won & lost.

To edit a Deal, simply click on the down arrow on the far right.
You will see that the Deal card expands and you can view and edit:
Notes about the Deal
Each product or service that makes the total opportunity value (price, quantity, etc.)
Move this Deal through the Pipeline.

Pipeline Stage
Click the corresponding flame arrow icon - either up or down the pipeline.
When you hover your cursor over the icon, you can see the name of the next stage.
Close Deal
This should only be done if you know that the deal has been won and the relevant documents have been signed. This cannot be undone and the deal value will be removed from the pipeline. To read more about closing a deal, please click on the button below:
Mark As Inactive
This should only be done if you know that the deal no longer has life and there is no chance of the deal closing - ie. the customer is no longer interested in the products or services. This cannot be undone and the deal value will be removed from the pipeline. It will not delete the deal but will remain as history with the customer that they were interested in your products or services at a certain point in time.
Short Description/Label
This allows you to quickly differentiate between deals if you have many deals open with a customer.
Expected Win Date
Click in the expected field and change the date
You may only edit the expected win date, not the date that the deal was created/opened.
Notes
Click in the field and begin typing notes that you feel are relevant to the deal. They can be anything you will find useful
Line items: Products and/or Services
You can edit the price, quantity, discount and value of any of the items in the deal
You can also add to the deal by clicking on the plus on the deal card.
