Create a Deal

How do I create or edit a Deal?

Updated over 2 months ago

What is a Deal?

A Deal is a record of the products or services in which a Prospect or Client is interested.

This provides an easy way of keeping track of the opportunities that you have with your customers. Each Deal is placed into a Pipeline Stage and it contains products or services that make up its value. This value forms part of your Sales Pipeline.

Deals get moved through the Pipeline based on where they are in your sales process. Once the Deal is closed, the value is removed from the pipeline & the record of the deal, its value and products or services is stored within the Client profile.

It is important to note that once a Deal is closed with a Prospect, it becomes a Client.
